So you are looking to find the best price on the soon-to-be-released (August 24th, 2010) book in The Hunger Games series? I have tried to take all of the guesswork out to help you find the best price for "Mockingjay". Mockingjay is the upcoming third, and final, installment of The Hunger Games trilogy by Suzanne Collins. The novel is preceded by 2008's The Hunger Games and 2009's Catching Fire.

Of course Walmart has to be the winner in the race to the bottom but if you need to buy more than just this book (which is quite probable) everything evens out and it becomes the race to get the book to your door (so you... er I mean your kids... can read it). I would say that from reading the shipping policies Walmart will almost certainly arrive the slowest with an estimated delivery date of about 5 - 10 days after the order has been placed. The fastest? Amazon - they have been shipping books around the country for some time now - and it is down to a science - you will likely have the book with standard shipping in 2 - 4 days.

I have found one other option from Ebay. I know, I know, you cant trust Ebay, blah blah blah... but the book is $6.99 with $3.95 UPS 2nd Day Air (a Guaranteed Service). The book comes from a TOP RATED seller (manhans77) with 100% Positive feedback and as always you are covered by PayPal if you have any problems... so if you need the book fast and want the best price I would say this is the best option.
